Tregothnan Beehives

Designed to sit in the grounds of the estate as a home for the bees making their delicious Manuka honey, these hives were designed by Robert Myers Associates. Initially they were used at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show as part of the Tregothnan stand. The hives were each decorated with around 400 pieces of intricate moulding forming the honeycomb pattern, and roofed in copper with oak finials and castellations
